We had several issues with the stay at this Airbnb, and it really started before we got there. I messaged the host several times prior to us arriving about some pretty important topics. The host waited until we were already checked in to respond to our questions. Next, the AC upstairs was broken from the time we arrived until the following morning. The upstairs rooms were 80 degrees and we had to open the windows all night long. Next, three gas stove burners randomly came on and were leaking gas before we started to cook dinner. We had to disconnect the gas line ourselves, or it could have been a pretty bad situation. Thankfully, this problem did not happen at night. Hosts didn't even seem concerned about this problem. Otherwise, the house has a lot of potential. It's right on a beautiful golf course very close to Harbour Town. Bedrooms/ bathrooms were large and spacious and the backyard is gorgeous. It's a shame that we had all of the above problems given the location and house.

great location, easy bike ride to marina and beach. Great for watching golf off the porch. clean and tons of space. couple touch ups are needed but over all great.

The house was so wonderful! AvantStay made everything so easy and my group sincerely enjoyed every minute there! We will absolutely book with them again!

The house was a great spot to feel relaxed as well as being close to all the Sea Pines Plantation amenities. Will certainly look to return there for future group/family trips.

The place is well located, accurately described and had plenty of room for our 9 guests. The setting is lovely. The host, AvantStay, was communicative, proactive, clear and courteous. Our only issue is that there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed to have the home fully live up to its billing and price point, as follows. The HVAC system is not up to the task of evenly managing the temperature in this large home. Throughout our weekend stay, some areas of the home were warm, some cold, some comfortable. This dishwasher should likely be replaced. The rollers on the bottom shelf are broken or missing so that when loading/unloading it has to be lifted into place. With a large group of residents, this is rather inconvenient. Also, there are elements in the bottom of the dishwasher that are rusted. On Sunday morning there was no hot water in the downstairs master shower. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Once maintenance is addressed, 5 stars! Thank you.
