Wayne is very friendly and allowed us to check in easily. Bedroom and bathroom are clean and spotless. Comfortable stay in a quiet home.

A really easy and pleasant stay. Wayne was responsive and courteous as a host, allowing me to do what I needed to to prepare for an event the next day (which was my reason to stay). Thoroughly recommended to all.

Wayne was very welcoming and I was free to use the facilities as needed. it's very close to town so easy for going out.
