No fridge and prior warning of this. When we complained we were offered the main house fridge, which was not ideal. Took away our independence, not to mention the inconvenience of walking 100 yards across the way. No AC. Nowhere to hang your towels. Nowhere to put your bathroom products. Nowhere to put your clothes away. Property details not accurate as it is one of two properties next door to each other. Not the secluded property as described. The final straw came when large black and red ant’s crawled across the bed onto us. The red ants bit. They were everywhere. On the floor, in the bathroom, and up the walls. The host offered some spays and potions to get rid of them, but by then it was too late. We couldn’t stay a minute longer, looked on Airbnb and found another property near the beach, with air conditioning, wi-fi, a large kitchen with fridge and freezer, large bathroom, living room and bedroom with large cupboards and storage space for half the price.

This was my first time in South Goa and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The cottage is on a quiet street on one side and mountains and forest on the other. It felt like we were in the middle of a rain forest and hardly saw anyone during our stay. Lots of wildlife and places to explore around the property. Their care taker Sheryly was amazing. Chaitanya was just a message away and provided us with local recommendations and whatever support we needed. We will definitely come back, thank you Chaitanya and Amanda!

We stayed at Red Emerald Cottages for a month and it was probably the best time we’ve had staying away from home. The cottage is the most beautiful, happy and captivating place we’ve stayed in. It feels loved. We were surrounded by the most enchanting jungly environment with interesting and relaxing walks and rides. Peaceful, secluded and private, yet only a short walk or bike ride from the local town and amenities. I can’t tell you how good Red Emerald is and how fantastic Chaitanya and Sherly are. It really felt like home. We were very sad to leave.

Hidden in a small green forest, our cute Airbnb unveiled a secluded haven. Everything is about 15-20min away Butterfly beach is a little trek away and the beautiful agonda was not far too. Inside, it was homely with charming decor and cozy nooks, with books and even binoculars for nature closeups. The fridge kept drinks cool, the hot plate was super convenient and with an aquaguard, hydration was plenty. Ideal for two, mornings began with verdant views and the forest's symphony. The hosts' warmth and local tips made us feel right at home. For a nature-loving couple seeking a beachside escape, this hidden gem offered an unforgettable experience. Just some areas with weak cellular network, till you get to the WiFi .Great for a bit of digital detox too.

Chaitanya and Amanda were really helpful was able to explore lot of cool places around due to their recommendations. The bnb was very beautiful and a perfect place to hangout
