Friendly helpful manager and staff who made us feel welcome. The beach is a short walk away. On the downside the bathroom needs attention. Discoloured ceiling, drains bubbling in the toilet, area around toilet constantly wet, intermittent drain smells, hot water shower doesn't fit on it's messy bracket which should be replaced. The intercity minivan ordered by the manager for us which was nearly double the price that we had paid to date on the grounds that it was new was incorrect. It was anything but.The driver was poor and was speeding and when we arrived at our destination we noticed that the tyres we in shocking condition. Thick dust under the bed where I put my pack, gunge on the air-conditioner cable. Roof deck has great views but is neglected and not a place one would want to linger. These issues could easily be put right with more attention to detail.
