The apartment was excellently located, right by the beach. It was a true Sri Lankan experience. We really enjoyed our time spent there. It's a traditional, spacious, well-equipped, and clean home. Close to dive centers. If you don't feel like going out, you don't have to worry because your dinner can also be delivered. Additional points for breakfasts and flexibility in check-in and check-out times. The lounge area available on the terrace and beach was a great addition to our relaxation. Thank you.

Exactly as advertised, if not better. stunning location on the beach and a few steps from the warm sea. Home is well equipped, all cooking utensils and crockery you need, large fridge a complimentary chilled water dispenser, fruits butter and jam and coffee and sugar all provided. Bed is comfortable, shower is great and the air-conditioning does its job. there is a large enclosed yard and the beach is is quiet, sit back in the mornings and watch the sunrise as the fishermen pull in their nets. lastly, but by no means least, houskeeper Kasthuri is a delight. Fast to respond to any needs/queries, good local advice and suggestions and she makes the best breakfast, her dhal is superb.

Sehr außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Die Beschreibung war sehr zutreffend. Die Haushälterin war super lieb und stand für etwaige Rückfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :-)

We loved the look and feel of the property with restored features and outside/inside rooms! Kian and Janah were extremely helpful, we were staying in another one of their properties so offered us this place to stay for an extra night! Loves the complimentary breakfast and the beach is once of the best in the area.

Juste un mot : magique ! Nous sommes arrivés assez tard car notre vol avait été retardé mais Kian et Janah nous ont accueillis avec le sourire. Le logement est superbe, bien plus qu'en photos ! Il est très grand, je ne m'attendais pas à ça. La cour est très bien avec une petite table pour prendre le petit déjeuner et une douche extérieure très pratique après nos baignades. Il y a une seconde table sur la plage ainsi que des transats pour profiter du soleil. Kasthuri a été très gentille et discrète. La plage derrière le logement est juste le paradis ! Nous avions l'impression d'avoir un océan privé rien que pour nous car il n'y avait quasiment jamais personne. Nous recommandons ce logement aux personnes qui cherchent un endroit calme,typique et paradisiaque. Nous reviendrons !
