House is updated like the pictures described. As others have mentioned, the beds were comfortable. Backyard is nice, although it tended to be a little dirty in places that didn't see a lot of traffic. House is on the end of the cul-de-sac which made it more private, but the other houses around were busy and not as well kept. Since it is also on the end it does get a little noisy with traffic, but you couldn't really hear it inside the house. But, this house is in a convenient location to old town Scottsdale and Tempe. Check in was quick and easy, though as others have mentioned, communication with the host wasn't always the best.
