Lynn's place was outstanding. We had an amazing weekend in Sebastian. Lynn was always responsive and friendly. She let us use their kayaks and even loaned me some water shoes to help me enjoy the experience. Could not have been better.

Lynn was an amazing host and her apartment was beautiful. Loved the pool outside and access to her dock to do some fishing and see wild life such as dolphins swim right up to us. Amazing sunrise views. Offered kayaks to use as well which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use but many islands to kayak to from the house. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Owner lives on other side so was very respectful and responsive to us!

Very nice being by the river. Lynn was very responsive, pleasant and accommodating. There is a paved sidewalk along the river (2 mile or so!). You can walk to restaurants. There are kayaks there for use, unfortunately the wind kept us off!
