We met our daughter, who lives in Dartmouth and was in the area for a conference, here and it was the perfect place to catch up and hang out. We loved the fact we could walk everywhere and that there was so much to walk to - perfect location!! We had a wonderful time!

This house was a perfect place to stay because of it’s location. Right in the heart of heritage Perth, walking distance to a beautiful park, restaurants.and stores. Great place to stay in the lovely town of Perth.

Amazing location near a beautiful park. There’s a donut place, chocolate shop and pub next door. The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. Nespresso coffee maker (pods and cream provided!), cute enclosed porch, and bright dining room with fully stocked kitchen. Would be great for families. Low ceilings in the upstairs are helpfully labelled. Driveway is very narrow if you have an SUV but there is easy paid city parking behind the house for $8/day. Dan is a great host; very helpful! The place was clean and cozy, in a great location at a reasonable price. Dan was a responsive host that made us feel at home. We enjoyed our stay (especially relaxing by the fireplace!) and would definitely return.

Exceptional house , clean and tidy. A block away from downtown core, great location and very helpful hosts. Highly recommend this place.
