This 200 year old log homestead is situated on the same property as the owners home. Max of four guests, no pets, and delight in the comforts of 1 queen & 1 double bed, indoor plumbing, hot water, shower, internet. Kitchen has microwave, 2 burner stove top, air fryer. Surrounded by 600 acres of bush and fields with 100s of lakes easily within reach. Relax and enjoy a wonderful bonfire at night. [loft staircase may not be suitable for young children & physically compromised people.]

Our family stayed for a weekend. We were quite thrilled with the properties seclusion and plenty of wildlife while being so close to the town! The rustic cabin was an exciting change from a more traditional rental. They even took our kids out on a tractor ride!
It was fantastic being there. The kids loved going on the tractor and looking at the chickens-Randy was very kind to show us around. THANKS! We had a short but wonderful and memorable stay there.

If you want to admire the stars, within 45 minutes you can visit the wonderful North Frontenac Dark Sky Preserve and gaze at the infinite stars.
