This is the second time our family has stayed with Rosie. The space is so cozy and comfortable it almost feels like a second home! Despite being a part of the main house it has the sense of being disconnected and is very private. Rosie is an incredible host - immensely kind and helpful. You won’t find a better air bnb in the area.

I just returned from a 5 day stay at Rosie’s place and would highly recommend it. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly need, very quiet, and is in a great location. Rosie and Joel were fantastic hosts and were very responsive. I’m in the Marblehead/Swampscott area frequently to visit my mother, and Rosie’s place was one of my favorite Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed in.

We loved staying at Rosie’s! It was very quiet and cozy. Rosie was very hospitable and brought us treats from a bakery. It’s a lovely space just a short walk from the water. Highly recommend and we hope to return!

Absolutely fantastic stay! We never actually saw our host face to face due to timing but their touches and consideration were everywhere! Gorgeous place, comfy beds, and a wonderful shower. Super spacious and peaceful at all times. They even were kind enough to surprise us with some treats in a basket and some in the fridge when we arrived, plus some bagels and a loaf of banana bread about our third day there. Literally cannot say enough good things about this place or our lovely hosts! If you’re on the fence about this place, get off and book cuz you for sure won’t regret it! Did I mention they’re super close to everything in Marblehead and Salem? We only ever drove about 20 ish minutes to get somewhere, and we were all over the place. 3000% would come back.

We loved this stay! Alix and Rosie were so accommodating and made us feel at home! They went over the top to make us feel welcome and make our weekend great! If we ever come back up north we will 100% stay here!
