Nestled among giant oak trees on a half acre in a quiet residential neighborhood, our family home is the perfect respite to recharge after a full day of adventure on the North Shore, and beyond. Just 1 mile from Salem and 16 miles north of Boston, we are located in the quaint, historic seaside town of Marblehead. Come home to the renovated bright kitchen, relax on the deck, in the living room or plant-filled sunroom. Plenty of room for 6+ with a master bedroom, double bed and office/guest room. Retreat to our haven in the trees over the hill from Salem Harbor. Our 3 bedroom family home is in a beautiful neighborhood with red maples lining the street. Feel at home as you enter through the breezeway door into the slate tiled mudroom and into the bright open kitchen. Enjoy the center island to eat or gather after a day of exploring, equipped with outlets to power your laptop. Adjoining is the living room with a grandmother clock, fireplace (non-working) and 36" tv to relax and unwind. Just off the living room is the super-chill sunroom with comfy sectional couch, loads of pillows, plants and sunlight to get your zen on. The large, wrap around deck has a sectional sofa, dining table with plenty of seating for a take out meal or one you cooked on the Weber gas grill. Venture out into the lush, oak tree-filled yard to while away some time in the expansive hammock. On the first floor there's also a cozy dining room and an eclectic half-bath. When it's time to turn in, head upstairs to one of the three bedrooms. At the top of the stairs you'll find a clean and cozy bedroom with a full bed, lovely windows overlooking the back yard and your own monstera plant as your very own natural air purifier. The room to the left is our bedroom/office with a functional desk, printer and books to peruse. Snuggle into convertible royal blue velvet sofa bed.
