This little house of Erin's is one of the best rentals we've ever had. For Marblehead standards, this is a newer house, but it was built around 1900 and has been completely modernized in a tasteful, practical way. Really her pictures do not do it complete justice. We used the fireplace to warm the downstairs, because it was great ambiance too. We used the outdoor gas grill. The bathrooms and the kitchen were spotless and Erin left an abundance of treats and even toiletries for us. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. One note to mention, the fold out twin in the 2nd bedroom is probably best for a child, my 20 year old son was less than fond of it, lol. The house is right across, and I mean right across the street from Starbucks and a 7-11. Walkable to Crosby's, the bigger grocery store and the beautiful Crocker Park. We had made a reservations for 5 Corners our last night and we were so glad we did, it's a 2 min walk from the house. Thank you Erin!!!

Perfect location to visit Salem, but we ended up loving Marblehead even more! The house is walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The house was adorable and perfect.

Erin was awesome! She reached out the day before our trip with very easy instructions on how to get in as well as updates on when the bnb would be ready for check in based on cleaning services. She also was super responsive and provided awesome recommendations on local bars and restaurants. The house was super cute and clean and perfect for my friends and I as well my friend’s 16 month old son! Would definitely stay again!

Erin went above and beyond to help us feel welcome with ideas of things to do around the house and neighboring Salem, as well as provided us with some items/little gifts the kids really enjoyed and a few welcome snacks! House was in walking distance to everything in Marblehead, a quick drive to Salem, and for its size, very cozy!

The Hideaway House was the perfect place to spend a fall weekend retreat. It was conveniently located to the charming downtown Marblehead shops and an easy drive to all the Salem sightseeing. The house was super clean and cozy-Erin even left some thoughtful treats for the family upon check-in. From the start we felt welcome and comfortable and Erin was always easily reachable for any communication. Had a great time and can’t wait to return!
