We’ve just had a perfect week. The house is beautiful with everything needed. And the scones were such a sweet welcoming touch. The beds were very comfy and the views out the bedroom windows were glorious. We had our 3 children with us and they appreciated the board games and the tv with Netflix and Disney plus access. The location was perfect. 15 minutes to salcombe, Kingsbridge, Burgh island and a 15 min walk to the beach. We had a few questions and the host was readily available. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return soon.

The main house is spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Exactly as expected. However we had the separate 4th bedroom which is a converted garage. The shower, sink and toilet are the size of 3 phone boxes. no room to move easily. The bed was soft with no support and was very uncomfortable and caused my wife to have aching back each morning. No wardrobe, TV, table or anywhere to sit. Only just enough room to squeeze past the bed while having to duck past a box on the wall to save hitting your head in the dark. Shame as otherwise a nice place. If this was mentioned in the details we would not have booked this house. Ideal for 8 people not 10

A fantastic place for our family (total of 6 adults and 4 children) to stay. Everything extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking etc. The host was extremely responsive and within easy walking distance of the local pub/shop and one of the beaches. Would thoroughly recommend

Really lovely stay. The house was modern and well equipped. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were. Sea views from both the upstairs bedrooms. Location was great. 15 minute walk down to the beach. The village inn (10 minutes walk away) serves lovely food and is dog friendly. The hosts couldn’t do any more for us and check-in was super easy. Will definitely visit again
