The pictures accurately display the place. They allowed early check in for me which is a huge plus. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and clubs. The unit has 2 ACs which works really well. I didn’t like that there was no hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen so I have to buy my own. No shampoo and conditioner as well but I pack my own anyway. The price is just right for a nice unit in an old condo building. I would’ve given the place a 5 star still but I’m docking a point for the lack of spare key. Let me say that it was entirely my fault that I lost their key. We have to hire a locksmith to open the unit. I was outside the unit, in their lobby for about 2-3 hours, and all I want to do is rest. This all could’ve been prevented had there been a spare key. I shouldered the expense for the locksmith and currently settling for replacing their lock. All things considered, it would’ve been cheaper if I booked a hotel instead which is plenty around the area.

Jaqs place is perfect. From the homey feel to the location, everything was great. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to book somewhere close to Poblacion or in Makati. Restaurants are every where. Just a short trip to all the malls. Will definitely rebook.

Jaq's place is very nice. The surrounding area it is in may not be for you and I wouldn't say it's suitable for children depending on which direction you head out of the building entrance, so do your research, but the building and apartment are absolutely fine. It felt safe and the staff were friendly. The apartment was recently nicely renovated and was well-equipped. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Jaq was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. There were a few things that were a bit of an inconvenience but overall a good stay nonetheless.
