We stayed here for a birthday and long weekend getaway, and it was fabulous. Very close to town, and was immaculately clean. The hosts were incredibly kind, and very responsive! This place has enough cell service for emergency text/or call if you have Verizon, and no WiFi which was exactly what we were looking for. We really wanted to go away for the weekend and unplug from everything and explore. We ate at some incredible restaurants, saw breath taking views, while coming back to such a warm and cozy Airbnb. Highly recommend you stay here!

We spent a few days here over Thanksgiving to be close to family and we had the best time! The first floor apartment was very clean and minimalistic. We checked in late due to travel and Julie have very clear instructions that were easy to follow. They provided fresh eggs for morning breakfast and the cutest thanksgiving cupcakes! This apartment is tucked into the mountains and trees that provide excellent privacy and ability to see deers, birds, and nature! Due to its privacy and location in the mountains Wi-Fi and cell network was very spotty, but a few minutes down the road everything is able to connect. We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying again! Thanks for having us Julie!

My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and had a great time! Julie really took care of us and even left us a bottle of wine and cupcakes to celebrate with!! It was a little difficult getting there as it was dark and the gps took us to the neighbor’s house; luckily he was very nice and pointed us just a bit further down the road to the right place; and once we got there, we had an amazing visit, very peaceful mornings with some beautiful foliage in the middle of October! We highly recommend and intend to save this location to come back to!! Also, Franklin is only 15 min away with lots to do, and many hikes and drives in the area!

My wife and I had a nice weekend getaway and enjoyed our stay at the Hideaway. If you are looking for a chance to really get away from it all and nest yourself in a beautiful wooded surrounding, you'll love this clean, air-conditioned lovely little place a lot! We had a nice stay, and Julie was very friendly and accommodating.
