Feel far away from the world while you're really close to conveniences. Our "Sandy Sue" cabin features a queen size bed, kitchen and bath. View Mill Creek and a private back yard through large picture windows. A cozy, covered front porch is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch wildlife. Quiet and secluded, this a perfect place to relax. The cabin sits next to Millcreek (there is a steep hill between cabin and creek, other areas on property allow access to Millcreek) at the edge of a large 13-acre field. There is another cabin and camper within view, but there is plenty of open space around the cabin.

Cute, cozy cabin with all the necessities. Nice view of the creek. Had stayed once before in warmer weather.; worries of adequate heating in cooler weather were quickly allayed, as the electric heaters were more than adequate. Nice clean cabin made for a nice snuggly cozy getaway for my sweetie and I!

We absolutely loved the peace & quiet, it was a gorgeous area…we wish we could’ve stayed longer, you’re close enough to stuff to get stuff you need but far enough away to have your peace and quiet time, I would recommend it to anyone just wanting to spend time alone with their significant other for a peaceful weekend…thank you soo much !!!

We are about 8 miles from Ripley and Ravenswood WV. We are in a rural area, but there are several gas stations/convenience stores and a Dollar General as close as 1/2 mile away. Easily accessible from I-77, we are within a 40 minutes' drive from both Charleston and Parkersburg. It's quiet here at night. The campground is beside a two-lane road, and to access the cabin area you must drive through the campground and then go down the hill to MillCreek.

The campground is a great place to talk walks or ride a bike. Nearby areas to visit are best accessed by car. There is no public transportation.
