Fantastic location with great many excellent restaurant options, if you look to stay peaceful and away from the bustling hotel district this is a great option. Our week-long stay in gate community and condo was nice, also many nearby attractions to explore like the Ventura Water park. The fast WiFi, particularly in the master room office area, was a plus, though a desk-lamp would have been useful. While communication with host Luis was satisfactory, there is room for improvement. Nonetheless, we would gladly return to this gated community and area for another stay if we come back.
