Darya and Amir are fantastic hosts, and their unit in Kits is beautiful in an unbeatable location. It is extremely close to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and only a short walk to 4th street. They were very responsive, and provided some nice recommendations for the area. The keyless entry is a really nice touch, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The street itself is also beautiful, with big beautiful trees lining the street. For a lower level unit, this house get's a decent mount of light which is nice. One thing to be aware of is the noise from the rest of the house, the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear a decent amount of noise from the other units, and a bit of the traffic outdoors. nice place to stay, lot of things to do around the place, Maritime Museum and Falls Creek Boat Tour, various breakfast and dinner options. Moltan (japanese food) was extra ordinary good. Thans for having us.

Great place to stay - hosts are very flexible, responsive and helpful, place is beautiful and perfect location. Worth noting you may be able to hear other units in the building which is true for any older building of course but the location and convenience more than make up for it. Highly recommend.
