Having lived in Arizona and visited numerous times, I was looking for a quiet desert escape where I could have open views, sun, and quiet. The space was just right -large enough to feel like home, yet private and separate from the family quarters.

Absolutely beautiful property! The photos don't do it justice. Easy access to Saguaro National Park, grocery store and restaurants. Nicole was a very commutative, helpful and understanding host.

We absolutely loved staying at the Casita. We loved the bright colors in the house and acres of desert to explore. One side note: we ignored Nicole’s recommendation to not wear flip flops while exploring the desert and quickly regretted the decision 🌵Once we had closed toe shoes on the desert was much less prickly 😁 The location was perfect for us— close enough to everything, but remote enough to hear coyotes yipping at night We took Nicole’s advice and drove up to Gates pass to watch the sunset and also hiked in Sabino Canyon and the Sabino Dam and I highly recommend both. If we ever find ourselves in Tucson again we would definitely stay here again!

Nicole’s casita is the perfect getaway in the desert. It is located in a peaceful beautiful setting in a safe neighborhood. Coffee shops and grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away, and the location is very close to Saguaro National Park and hiking trails. I was surprised how spacious the casita is. I would love to come back at some time in the future.
