Quiet and safe neighborhood in a 24-hour gated community. Snorkeling gears for kids and adult, bodyboards, water shoes, Croc sandals, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler and wagon are all available to use. Please rinse them off after use before returning them. The water hose is located on the left side of the house! Enjoy! We don't want you to incur floor / carpet cleaning fee. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. ★ PARKING★ Max 2 to 3 cars allowed in front of the driveway, and 1 parking is available inside the garage. Roadside parking is available. ★PETS ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. 1 small size pet only 30 lbs and under with fees paid during booking. ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ YouTube TV (cable channels) is installed and logged into all our smart TVs, and you may use Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. by simply logging in. ★ FITNESS CENTER★ The fitness and recreation center will be available for your enjoyment next door to our home in the community center around Feb of 2024. More details to follow! ★ SECURITY★ There are four exterior security cameras overlooking outwards on each side of the home for your safety. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras.
