The host is very responsive. Ronaldo's place is easy to find and has a good location-near grocery stores, fast food chains, banks. When we arrived, we were greated by Tito Vic and he showed us the whole house, which is squeaky clean and well maintained, and asked us to call him if we need anything. At the time we were there, only one burner of the stove, the smallest, is working. We weren't been able to cook much, but its fine since food delivery is not a problem since the place is near food shops. Rooms were all clean as well. Overall, we were comfortable during our stay.

We chose this place as our accommodation during my graduation at Ateneo. We have an infant and toddler with us and 6 adults. All of us had a great stay at this place. Very comfortable, clean, and most importantly few minutes away from Ateneo and other establishments. We appreciate the free drinking water and other kitchen supplies. Will definitely recommend to friends.

We love the house, it felt homey. The host thought of everything what we will be needing. The best thing about the house na masyado akong maselan is ung bathrooms nila.. super linis, walang molds or ang dumi. Super linis ng house. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Ronaldo was easily accessible and the caretaker Vic answered all our questions. Due to travel requirements we arrived a couple of hours before check in. We were able to leave our bags and go and get some lunch and come back later when the place had been cleaned and ready for check in. We really valued being able to leave our bags as my father in law had issues walking so he wasn't able to drag his suitcase around. The place is very quiet and has all the amenities required to ensure your stay is comfortable.
