Beautiful open floor plan home in a great location. Unfortunately, the pool light was inoperable the entire time. The repairman left the light on top of the deck area leaving the pool unusable. Stovetop only worked on right side, dishwasher was not anchored to cabinet and tips forward when attempting to load and worked sporadically. Back yard was overgrown with weeds taller than an adults knee. Grill was only usable on 1 side due to condition of heat deflector and had been left in an unusable messy state. Dining room light was held in place by a plastic strap that likely came from the box it came in. Open electrical box on the living room ceiling with exposed wiring. Pocket doors are installed incorrectly leaving very limited privacy to those sharing the Jack and Jill bathroom. Repairman was sent to fix pool and left it unusable causing us to entertain elsewhere. This is a beautiful home, but there are several items that need to be corrected before it is rented again.

Vacasa gave me written approval for my svc dog at 8am. At 8pm I got a call saying they just found out I have a dog and we needed to leave in 2 hours or board my service animal. I was misinformed by their staff because the owner has an allergy. We booked because we had a fire this was an awful experience. We couldn't get in the house at first because the keypad didn't work and had to work. I'm working with airbnb for a refund and had to find somewhere else for my family in the middle of the night.

house was pretty nice. master bedroom had poor air conditioning compared to the rest of the house. We really enjoyed the pool.
