I loved staying here! Very walkable, fun area. The condo had all the kitchen stuff I could ever need. I was surprised how peaceful it was very well built I rarely heard the neighboring condos. Just a little heads up; all the mattresses are memory foam.

This is a great location in the Riverstone community of CDA. Although, it’s of the utmost importance to support local small business , Starbucks is right around the corner from the condo if your needing a quick pick me up. Beautiful and short walk to look out at the Spokane River. This condo is managed very professionally by Chelsea at The StayCDA Team, it was equally professional across the board by the home owner. No weird vibe, very clean and more than welcoming to our family.

We’ve stayed at a number of units in Riverstone and really enjoy the location. This was our first time at Chelsea’s place and we really enjoyed it! We didn’t really need 3 bedrooms, but for the price, this was a great deal. The unit is far from the elevator, but it’s also right next to the stairs. We found ourselves using the stairs more often, at least going down, because the stairs are really close to the parking spaces. The place itself is very nicely furnished, including the kitchen, and every room has a nice tv with great streaming services! We would definitely check to see if it’s available again!

What a great place! Loved the location as well as the decor in the Condo. Was a very clean space and there was everything plus more needed in the condo for a very comfortable stay. We will definetaly stay here again if we are ever in the area! Thank you for the hospitality.

This was a great place for our family of 6. Everything that was included in the kitchen and bedrooms made it very comfortable. We also loved the location where it was easy to access restaurants and other stores. The host provided great instructions with pictures on how to get into the condo which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
