In the vast fenced grounds, another detached villa sits at the side, separated by a fence. The owners, a young couple, live here. Their private patio area is out of sight. As is yours. At the front of the property in the expansive gardens is the monument and the pool. The pool and the entirety of the front gardens are For Your Exclusive Use! And, that the owners’ villa does Not have windows overlooking the pool and the front gardens further contributes to your privacy. At the back of the property, fringed by a hedge, is a lusciously green, meditation zone, focused around an eco pond.
