Sinead's home was perfect with a fully outfitted kitchen, with new appliances, lots of beach gear, gas & charcoal grills, great tv options and super, comfy living room furniture and beds. We purchased the sports passes and the pool and fitness facility were convenient and well equipped. We had a great break, thanks to Sinead!

I will preface this with the fact that I’m pretty fastidious about cleanliness but I felt like the place wasn’t super “fresh feeling” when we entered. Crumbs here and there around the toaster, a popcorn piece on the floor and energy bar wrapper under one bed. Also the sheets and towels had a kind of grungy smell to them as did our clothes after using the washing machine. I actually ended up spraying all the sheets and pillows with my daughter’s body mist! Bathroom also smelled grungy to me. Perhaps the shower curtains and liners need replacing? If you can overlook that then all other aspects were great! Kitchen fully updated. Great location. Loved the pool facilities - although I had to email the owner twice before she got us on the guest pass list. Also price was $25/day per adult and $10/day per child - maybe worth it for the weekly rate but not for just a few days. Prices should be updated in the listing.

Very clean, updated, spacious and beautiful townhouse! We also loved using the resort amenities. Smooth communication with the host and easy checkin. Overall a great stay!

If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay on Cape Cod that is away from the hustle & bustle of Hyannis and the Yarmouths, yet is near a beach this is a great choice. This is basically a condo in a resort, and Sinead keeps it in immaculate condition. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The beds were comfortable and well-equipped with sheets and bed covers. She also is available for any concerns, responding quickly when we had a question. Definitely a five-star hostess.

The house is very comfortable, big kitchen and very good BBQ station out side. The house was clean when we got it, but the beds were unmade, there wasn’t any bags on the trash cans and there was only 4 towels in the entire house (we were 5 guests). Unfortunately the communication with the host was poorly, she didn’t answer almost at all at the chat in the App. We managed of course because the problems were minor, but still it’s not ok. Over all I recommend the house but just lower a bit your expectations.
