We had a few problems with getting access, dryer not working and no tablets for the dishwasher. However, we were impressed and pleased with the communication and response of the managers. The unit was very comfortable, especially the bed. Parking was easy and secure. And the location and close proximity to Salamanca was a bonus.

The accommodation is ideal for a short stay in Hobart. We found the apartment very clean, comfortable, well insulated from the cold and within walking distance to the centre of Hobart and the waterfront. L'Abode were most helpful on providing clear documentation that made the checkin/checkout process painless. The secure off road parking provided was most appreciated. We would certainly be happy to stay again when next we visit Hobart and would recommned the apartment to couples wanting close access to Salamanca markets and the wharf area.

Peaceful small apartment with secure off-street parking. Walking distance from the Salamanca market, the wharf, and the main shops. Easy check-in, and there's a lift from the garage to the apartment level so luggage is not a problem. The apartment is quite roomy for 2 people - the bathroom is particularly large. The kitchen nook is fine for breakfasts and reheating food (hob and microwave but no oven) and was more than adequate for the time we were there (just under a week). The bed was very comfortable and we didn't hear any noise except for bin emptying early one morning. Having a dishwashing drawer and washer/dryer was nice. Overall a great stay in a very convenient location.
