Fabulous location that made easy access to cafes, great restaurants, markets, ferry to MONA and more. So comfortable, warm, relaxing & everything you could need. Highly recommended as a great place to stay.

Lovely old house done up with beautiful stained glass windows, lovely restored bathroom and kitchen, and huge area for lounge.however, noted a previous visitor stated same as I am about to!!!no where to hang towels in bathroom , no lamps in main bedroom but the second bedroom had three lamps but 🤪no light bulbs in any! A search found one light bulb only! No tongs! No parking and difficult to stop out front! Street parking almost impossible but ended up parking two suburbs away or 15 minutes walk No bin in bathroom, 🤪🤪Instructions would have been so helpful! No light in foyer , arrived in the dark and difficult to see! Coffee pods-only two left that fitted!! The main bedroom had two single beds pushed together! On the wallpaper in the main room there were ??? Strange red food stains😳😳😳.close to town. Location was great !I would advise as a WH&S that the outdoor steps be swept as sooo many leaves on them that were slippery and a slip risk.please just add that attention to detail!!

I don’t believe we’ve ever left a negative review on Airbnb and would preface that we can be particular and really appreciate small business and hosts but overall I would unfortunately not recommend this Airbnb, especially for the rate, compared to other options in Hobart. - No parking - I wish I had more characters available to provide advice to future guest but am limited. Hopefully host updates listing with much more info. The parking app link is not helpful. - Busy street less reflective of more quant streets common to Battery Point - No lightbulbs in lamps in bedrooms or an outlet to plug them in - No laundry detergent - Coffee capsules don’t fit the coffee machine - Decent outdoor patio but no lights and sparse supplies for fire/grilling - Subjective opinion but we felt the photographs make the apartment seem nicer and homier vs. what it is in real life - Asked to checkout 15 minutes past the checkout time since we were running late from breakfast and were denied

Great location and would be a great stay but unfortunately there were no blinds in the main bedroom and street lights right outside the window. That makes the room not fit for sleeping and it wasn’t fixed during our stay, despite asking for it to be rectified. We also had a minor issue not being provided enough towels but that was solved the next day, so reasonably quickly. Pros are the fantastic location, well equipped and modern kitchen/bathroom and cosy living room. Unfortunately due to the issues mentioned above I wouldn’t recommend this Airbnb, particularly if you intend to use both bedrooms.

We absolutely loved the location of the house, just perfect for everything we had planned. The house is well equipped and well presented. We were however unable to sleep in the main room due to no blinds and street lights coming in. Hopefully this will be fixed before the next guests arrive.
