Lovely house in quiet street although this is a family area. It was well placed for what we needed for this visit Two nice double rooms although very thin curtains in the front one. Lovely shower Good kitchen facilities and nice little courtyard garden Great internet and lovely to have Netflix included. Large box of games and puzzles Good stay

accommodation as described - however, please be aware that that step down to the patio from the back door area is high.. be aware for children, small dogs or less-abled persons. Outside area is small and a little untidy and patio taken up by numerous wheelie bins for linen only… so maybe used as storage for the cleaners for dirty linen? It was collected when we were here without warning! So to our surprise people in and out of the garden, just happy that my dog with no recall wasn’t in the garden to do a runner! Back gutter is leaking so it’s noisy in the back bedroom if the rain is heavy. The house seems a little “tatty” and for the price paid, would expect it to be tidier/neater. Front bedroom curtains are see through and the street lights do shine in and not fitted on the pole. Don’t let the pictures & previous reviews deceive you… no welcome pack for us! So do take teabags and milk for a cuppa on arrival!!

It was very nice to have the flexible check-in option since we arrived late and exhausted, and the comfortable accommodations were a relief. It was a really restful stay overall and provided a much-needed reset. The private parking space is a huge bonus. The house is clean and in a quiet area, has a well-stocked kitchen and nice bathroom, and Chris is a welcoming, helpful, and responsive host.
