Booked this place for a day (12 May, 2023) and got confirmation too. We were 4 families travelling from Malappuram(around 180 kms) and reached the property by 8:30 pm. Once we reached the property the caretaker said the villa was not available, and we contacted the host Cherian. He said the property was given to someone else and he can refund the full amount. I asked him if he can help us with arranging some other room/ villa. He was refused to do that, the only thing he said he can refund the amount. And finally we ourself found another property by 11:00 pm, and the trip was completely ruined because of his careless nature. After paying the full amount how can he give the property to someone else, I don't understand. I don't suggest booking this place, it was a horrible experience for me reaching the remote place and the rooms are not available.

Amenities were lacking, insect mesh in non-a/c rooms will surely help, freezer door in fridge missing, tv not working. Good house and space and area, well serviced by Swiggy.

We all enjoyed our stay. The house was a good size enough to accommodate 10 people.

It was a great stay. Host is really accommodating and responsive. Space with comfy rooms. Really enjoyed.
