(Apr-Oct) All bed/bath linens included. Stocked kitchen, AC and year round comfort. All the amenities for a comfortable and beautiful stay! Welcome to our charming Chautauqua lakefront cottage offering the best views, breeze and sunset. See our IG account @bonbinichq for videos, photos and reviews. Drink your morning coffee in the sunroom or deck overlooking the lake. Don’t forget the s’mores with the stamped concrete fire pit. All the Comforts of home on the lake! Fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, sun room. A/C and furnace. Linens included. Wi-Fi, cable and smart TV available for use. Both cottage/loft style bedrooms are located upstairs. Our first bedroom has a Queen bed. This bedroom is located at the top of the stairs landing. It is light and airy with cozy linens. True to cottage style-a divider/curtain is provided for sleeping, changing privacy. Walk through the Queen bedroom to the second bedroom. The second bedroom is lakefront with a comfortable King bed and lovely linens. The King bedroom has a television and door for privacy from the first bedroom. The living room offers a reclining sofa and loveseat. There is room for queen air mattress (provided) if requested. All bed and bath linens included. Bring your fishing poles and boat for the private seasonal 110 foot dock. (Removed late Oct - In Early May) Bemus Point Golf Club & Tap house 2 miles away. Peekn’Peak and Holiday Valley Resorts 30 miles away. Bring your snow mobiles and snow shoes for your winter getaway. 20 min to St. Elmo Spa Breweries & Wineries: 5 min. from Southern Tier Brewing Company 5 min. from Empty Pint Brewery 35 min to Noble Winery 35 min to Mazza Winery *During peak months (June-August) we have a 7 night minimum For safety and liability concerns- we have a strict number of house guest policy. Wonderful outdoor space with the deck and firepit for when the weather is nice. A heated sunroom with a great view of the lake when the weather isn't cooperating. Clean and cozy. More suitable for a couple or small family than for 4 adults due to the walkthrough bedroom upstairs. Lovely home and area.
Sweet little cottage. We stayed 4 nights in September 2023 to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. The backyard offers a lovely view. The cottage is close to the comedy museum and the Lucille Ball museum, fun places to visit. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. We would stay again if in the area.
Would definitely stay here again! Very quiet area which made coffee on the dock in the morning and bonfires on the patio by the water at night very peaceful and relaxing. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the owners were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They also made us aware that there was a launch in the neighborhood that is super convenient and perfect for small boats and jetski’s! I would recommend packing a couple extra outfits as we forgot that there was not a washer and dryer that we noticed to be available. We always pack too much so we were not affected by this! Highly recommend
We had a wonderful girls weekend and absolutely enjoyed our stay at the lake. House was very clean, has a beautiful sunroom and back deck with breathtaking views of the lake! It was just what we needed! Brittni, thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We will be back!
The hosts were super responsive leading up to, during, and after our stay. Great house on the water. Easy access to local restaurants and entertainment. The property is very well maintained inside and out. No constructive criticism. The pictures tell the story of the property. We had a great family vacation!
