Cabin was great, beautiful and quiet, direction video is perfect for finding it. However we experienced some communication issues with CFY, This is due to CFY being the partner with the actual Managing company for the owners property. Instructions for checking in, trash removal speed limits etc. were confusing as they kept referring to being at their resort lodge Big Canoe which isn't where the cabin is located . Though CFY is responsive via web, however when calling their number and select the option to talk to a representative we always got the same automated message "Unable to take your call due to high volume" regardless of what time we called.

The cabin was clean and very cozy. The outside patio was a nice area to sit and relax and the screen kept all the bugs out. We had 5 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. We seen several deer in the yard and it was very peaceful. Just note that the road going up is going up a mountain and is narrow in some spots. We drove a large suv and did not have any problems. We will definitely be going back. 10/10

Great place! Convenient to all things in town while still having the “remote” feel. I only wish it had a fire pit. Other than that, it was great!

Overall, great cabin. Hot tub and location was great! I would recommend this place. Getting in was interesting and had a challenge. We never received the door lock code so I had to call the cabin company for the door code. We also requested to check in early and was denied which was fine but we didn’t have anywhere else to go so we parked our car at the cabin and we stayed in the car until check in which was 2 hours away. We figured they didn’t let us check in due to cleaning or other maintenance but we sat in our car and didn’t see any cleaning or maintenance being done so we didn’t understand why we couldn’t have an early check in. I understand it’s not something they have to give us but it was just a wonder as to why we didn’t get the okay to check in early especially since they said we could ask the day of arrive for an early check in. The early check scenario isn’t something I would say was a problem just didn’t understand why we didn’t get it. Thanks for the overall great stay!

Nice, loved the outdoor space but too cold for us to sit out there.
