房东非常好。他把房间收拾得非常干净，整洁。所有的布置，都很用心，给人一种温馨又充满艺术气息的氛围。暖气很足，使得纽约的冬天暖意洋洋的。热水也很热，洗澡的时候很享受。周边的环境 非常便利。性价比很高的一处好地方。

I have been to Deniz's apartment for one month, and everything was okay. The room looked as is in the pictures. Deniz and his friend were friendly and always helpful, and I felt comfortable there. The common parts of the flat were not super clean, but I take it as a lively household. The location is lovely, with close access to the Central Park and subway.

Deniz was friendly. :) Free artictic spirit. The guest in the other room was an actor student and Deniz' mom was around also, nice person. They had around the same schedule like me; going to sleep late and waking up late. It fit with my schedule perfectly since I'm a jazz saxophonist and I went to jam sessions late late night so I didn't have to worry so much that I'm disturbing someone when I came home late. They let me practise in the room, sometimes in the living room - which was great since my room was small and very hot - because of the central heating that can't be adjusted. It's the heating system in many buildings in NYC. You need earplugs to be able to sleep because of the noicy area and if you'll go to sleep earlier than the others. Floors were clean - no shoes inside - didnt see any bugs, clean level was good . :) I asked them to close the living room door sometime if they smoked inside so the smoke didnt travel to my room. It felt like home, everyone respectful! <3

The location was perfect, just one block away from central park and the next subway station. The communication with Deniz was always easy. Would definitely come back :)

Todo genial. Perfecto para pasar unos días en New York. Metro en la esquina y supermercado cerca. Lo recomiendo 100%
