Enjoy your coffee with a view of the incredible Black Hills and the winding Spearfish Creek below. This guest unit overlooks the Spearfish city park campground and recreation paths. This guest suite is the lower level of our home and has no shared indoor spaces. Outside you’ll be greeted with beautiful views and a shared hot tub for an unmatched in town experience. Bedrooms- The master bedroom has a queen size bed and half bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well. Living room- The spacious living area has a working area, tv, couch, and a beautiful live edge bar to eat at. The bar has four stools and there is one more folding stool located in the living room closet. There is also a twin size floor mattress located in the living room closet. Kitchen- This is a partial kitchen with a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, and counter top burner. You’ll also find a washer/dryer combo in this room for you to use. Main bathroom- Located in the hallway this bathroom will have everything you need. Outdoor space- The lower level patio is all yours during your stay! This is such a peaceful space, one that makes this listing super special. There will be a couple of chairs and an outdoor couch for you to enjoy the views of Spearfish Creek below. On hotter days we have a power awning for you and on the colder you’ll be welcomed with a wonderful hot tub experience! This unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably, but can sleep up to 5. With the 5th sleeping space being a floor mattress, this is probably most comfortable for a child.
