Nicole's place was perfect for our girl's trip! Close to downtown while providing a peaceful place on the water. The house exceeded our expectations, with so much space to spread out. Would highly recommend!

It was a very beautiful house and the place was so peaceful. Also the place was very neat and clean. We were able to enjoy and connect with nature. Access to the lake for fishing was amazing! We hope to come back soon, thank you!

Absolutely beautiful home! The backyard/deck area was spectacular. Everything was very clean and the decor was so pretty! Highly recommend for your Hot Springs stay!

Our family of 13 enjoyed this place so much!! We get together every year. They had room for everyone along with our cars and two boats with trailers. This place is EXACTLY as the pictures show. Nothing deviated, exactly as you see it. We would love to rent again next year!!
