Located on a quiet residential road near the hospital and is a 5/10 minute walk down hill to the shops, restaurants , pubs and the beach. The Garden room is an annexe at the back of main house and has its own front door and separate entrance so guests are free to come and go as they please. Own outside space. Parking on site. Continental breakfast is provided 8.30am. Check in 3pm checkout 10am. The Garden Room is a brand new build located on our property in a quiet residential road and a short walk down into town. The space is for two adults only .We do not accept infants, young children or dogs. The Garden room has a King size bed and a stunning en-suite with walk in shower with a rain shower. Shampoo and body wash are supplied it also has a lit mirror , shaving pointand heated towel rail. The bed linen is 100 percent /Egyptian cotton and soft fluffy towels. (Towel change after a 4 day stay) . There is a 32 in HD Smart TV, wardrobe, a Bonoco air cooling fan and a luggage rack. Tea/ coffee station with Nespresso coffee machine /kettle, selection of teas. Silent mini fridge with fresh milk supplied daily. Table and chairs for you to enjoy your breakfast. Continental breakfast hamper( Freshly baked croissants and rolls; ham,cheese,yogurt;fresh fruit, orange juice, butter and jam) is delivered to your door for you to enjoy in your room. I normally enter room when you have gone out, so as not to disturb you , to replenish tea/coffee station, empty waste bin. Please let me know if you do not wish me to do that.
