Stayed Friday & Saturday night. Came from Oxford to volunteer at an event on the Saturday. Felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. Ben is a warm and friendly host that can not do more to help you. The house is spotlessly clean, fresh & spacious. It is light and well insulated & the black out curtains helped with sleep. Nice garden perfect parking & excellent bus route & ten minute taxi to town & seafront. Quiet neighbourhood. We recommend & would stay again.

Small but nice room, and Ben is an excellent host! Location is close to Hove but also next to a train station, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper :)

I had a lovely stay @ Ben’s, space was really clean, lovely decorated and felt right at home. The place is pet friendly, my pup made friends with the resident dog Charlie who was super gentle and friendly. Ben was a lovely host, easy going and always ready to help to any questions I had. Strongly recommend !!

Ben is the most amazing host, I have stayed here quite a few times and love the rooms and Charlie the dog. House is immaculate and stunning, one of my favourite places.
