We are so thankful for Sam's place, and how Sam was with us! The house is a home, and Sam was very responsive when we reached out and very helpful in trying to find a solution for us needing to extend the stay. Everything was clean, cozy, spacious, working and lovely! We found it a bit expensive for a month, but that is no reflection on anything lacking in the space, just a reflection on the cost. The neighborhood is so awesome to walk- it's very close to Sunset Hill Park, a cute coffee shop and neat old houses to see.

This was a great place to stay! Tucked into the beautiful Sunset Hill neighborhood of Ballard, this house is right on the 17 bus line, lots of nearby places to park, close to lots of restaurants and amenities and feels both safe and private. We took several walks to Sunset Hill Park (only a few blocks away) which has the most gorgeous view of the sound and the Olympic mountains. Sam was a great host. He was super responsive and even checked in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Above and beyond! The kitchen more than accommodated our Thanksgiving cooking needs. The house was cozy and homey and perfect for a family get together. I’d recommend this house (and Sam) for anyone looking for a low key, stress-free place to stay in Seattle. Thank you Sam!

My fiancé and our pups loved staying at Sam’s place. The house was cozy and exactly as described. The location and walkability was also everything we were hoping for! We’ll definitely be recommending this stay to our family and friends who head up to Seattle.
