Amazing Stay. Ran is super responsive, like literally responds within 5 minutes of reaching out. Great place, great location. Met an amazing person (another flatmate) while staying here as well. Had some of the best conversations with him. Great location too.

Ce logement tient ses promesses. Spacieux, propre, sécurisé et surtout, offre une vue incroyable. Les transports sont facile d’accès et te permettent de rejoindre plus ou moins rapidement toutes les parties importantes de la ville. Mon séjour a été vraiment magique. Que dire de Ran ? Ran est super gentille et serviable. Elle est toujours à l’écoute et très réactive. Je recommande ce logement à 100 % et je n’hésiterai pas à recontacter Ran lors de mes prochains voyages à Londres.

I must say the location is amazing! However this was my worst experience with Airbnb, the host is rude. Prior to arrival she didn’t want to accommodate my arrival time, and told me to seek another accommodation! I contacted Airbnb and they said she didn’t want to refund the stay, so I had no choice but to stay here. She apologized upon arrival However during my 2 month stay there was one week of Cold Water. I asked for compensation and she didn’t compensate me. After that one week there was issues with warm water every 3 days . Also on the listing there’s one additional person staying there, However there’s 2 guest. So in total it’s 3 people in the flat The location is beautiful but the host isn’t the most welcoming.

Tam is a great host. She’s responsive and flexible. The flat is amazing with modern amenities and glass windows in the living room. Loved the rooftop on the 22nd floor and the gym on the first floor

Whilst the place itself has a nice interior with a great view. I don't recommend long-stays due to the following. I had issues including; Waiting at the gate for 30mins before being let in, Broken lock on the front door of the apartment, Missing amenities such as an Iron, Missing utilities such as a Dryer (Only a line dryer available, not an electric one), and Fan not provided (Only one for three rooms). I respectfully notified the host of the above. I felt I got a very defensive reply in response to to provide what was advertised. Verbatim stating when asked to provide what was advertised "... which I don't have to.". During my stay, she had a carpet cleaner come through which restricted my use of the space suddenly without notification. Use of the "dryer" was also impeded by the host washing the next room's sheets and placing this over my work uniform already on the dryer. The location of the property is also not in Canary Wharf, it is located in Poplar according to GMaps.
