Sleeping up to 4 guests with 2.5 bathrooms, every comfort is carefully considered and curated. Spacious and private, there are two separate living areas on the ground floor. The front sitting room has a beautiful garden outlook and is a wonderfully calm space. Step up to the raised intimate dining area, ready for a night in with a great bottle of South Australian wine. Pass the powder room and European laundry to the fully equipped kitchen and second living area. A small terracotta topped table for a morning "Hark" coffee lies to the side of this area. Stretch out on the vintage leather sofa and make the most of the large Smart TV for an evening of Netflix. When Adelaide turns on its fabulous weather, move out to the leafy rear courtyard. Refresh in the plunge pool, take an aperitif at the outdoor setting and cook up a meal on the WeberQ. There are two elegantly appointed Queen sized bedrooms on the first level, complete with luxurious bedlinen, wardrobe storage, hangers, ceiling fans and an ensuite bathroom off the Blue Bedroom. The Terra Rossa Bedroom features french doors to a small rear balcony overlooking the pool. A main bathroom separates the bedrooms and includes a small bath. Plush towels and Grown Alchemist hand and body wash are supplied as a special treat for guests. Continue skywards to the attic space which is fitted with a lengthy desk space, monitor, desk chair and printer for your ultimate office retreat.
