This place is very cozy!!! Bed was very comfortable. Couch was comfortable! Perfectly decorated. Love the modern rustic vibe. Very clean place. We will stay here again!

Very hard to locate. No description on how to find it. Besides waiting 24 hrs for a working coffee maker everything else was nice.

Great location, nice interior. We really liked the layout of the space, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. However, there is no air conditioning, so it was pretty warm upstairs in the sleeping area, even with the fans and the balcony door open. Be aware that the checkout time is 10am, and the communications are all through what seems like an automated property manager. Our request for later checkout was denied — I’m still not sure if that’s because it’s not allowed at this property at all or if we asked too late, but your best bet is asking for late checkout before 4pm the day before you depart. I don’t know that it’s worth the high cost, especially when Red River has so many great locations available. Impersonal and inflexible corporate management, along with rules that were not communicated, were a big disappointment, too.

Small wall heater inefficient. Couldn't use fireplace till chimney was cleaned. We were told would be cleaned Thanksgiving timeline. Snowed and chilly our weekend so fireplace would have been a plus. Cleanliness average at best. Stairs to loft bedroom extremely steep and narrow, people with knee problems, elderly or leg and balance issues should be aware of this. Location best part. Short walk to most things.
