Pros: Very large, open space that will sleep many people; 2 full baths (one hair dryer; large gathering table. Nice and plentiful dishware. Great location for exploring the Bears Ears area, Bluff, Cedar Mesa, etc. Lovely clean hot tub that was heated well and very clean. Large washer/dryer with laundry pods. House supplied well with spices, dishwashing needs, shampoo, etc. The views are lovely, and location is quiet. Cons: Outside appearance of house could use some sprucing up and front screen door needs replacing. When we pulled up to the house we were rather skeptical, but the inside is so much better and worked out well for our needs. There also was no information packet in the house to explain things like the heating system. Reached out to Brittany and she responded immediately...but information on hand would have avoided confusion. Once the wall unit was operating, the main floor heated up well, but the lower level remained quite chilly.

Clean and cozy house. The location was private and quiet. It was a nice alternative to a hotel which allowed two couples to hang out comfortably.

Brittney’s place was an excellent stop between Moab and Lake Powell. Plenty of space for our bigger group. We’d recommend!

This house was perfect for me and my 5 guests after a backpacking trip in a near by canyon. We backpacked and then wanted a place to make a big dinner and then relax in the hot tub! Each person had their own bed. And a big table to eat dinner! Brittney was an excellent host and was very understanding when a guest surprised me with a service dog. She had to make special accommodations very quickly which I appreciated. This place was relaxing and perfect for my group!
