lovely area, the flat was spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. the flat was well equip and had everything you could need. It is in a great location, it all amenities easily accessible. I would highly recommend and would use again.

Paul's apartment was perfect, even if it did take us a little while to locate (it was dark and I was tired!). Really big space, and extremely comfortable weekend stay with my two boys. They loved the huge tv and cool lighting, and we had everything we needed for our short time there. Two decent double beds so will easily accommodate 4 adults or those with small families. Very clean and tidy, as you would hope, and wouldn't hesitate in staying here again if in the area. Thanks Paul.

Great location if visiting family in the area. Very quiet and convenient. Could have been a little cleaner. No dishwasher. Enjoyed our stay. Happy the airfryer as was so handy.

Excellent place from start to finish. Paul was very good at giving all relevant information needed. Location was perfect for accessing Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks etc. Neighbourhood was clean and quiet. Apartment was immaculate, exactly as described and the Huge TV with all apps/streaming services you may possibly need in the living room was great to chill watching a movie after a busy day out. Sofa and beds were so comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with everything we would have possibly needed. Having a small child, its so much easier when places have a bath - so this place gets a 5* review from our little one! There was one slight con (nothing that Paul could have changed) and that was the people in the flat below making lots of noise late in the evening. A fab weekend stay, would definitely stay if this place was available again in the future. Thankyou Paul for having such a lovely property on this platform.
