Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Was very busy so I didn't get to enjoy the common areas, which are immaculate, but the room is exactly as advertised and exactly what I was looking for. Great location, a parking spot, my best sleep at any Airbnb, and perhaps the best shower I've had anywhere, ever. Timothée, Sam and Katherine are gracious, responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again.

Katherine, Samuel, Timothe were wonderful hosts. My wife and I felt very welcomed into their home. We appreciated the cleanliness, shower amenities, coffee, parking, and the informative guidebook! The location of the apartment is in a peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood and steps away from a central metro station and to the downtown area. We took up on local recommendations for restaurants and utilized the 24 hour unlimited pass for the metro which came in handy for our 2 day stay. Highly recommend to future guests visiting the Montreal area.

Très bon séjour à Montréal, dans un logement d’exception, un studio au sein d’une belle maison, avec canapé, table, chaises, cafetiere, frigo, micro-ondes et belle salle de bains, ainsi qu’un extérieur accessible directement, et des espaces communs magnifiques. L’expérience est ponctuée de petites attentions, notamment un super guide sur la ville et les bons plans. Merci pour tout!

Le logement propose était de très bonne qualité, bien situé et très calme. Le contact avec Katherine était aisé et rapide, la possibilité donnée de laisser les bagages dans le logement avant le check-in et après le check-out est un vrai confort. Attention aux fumeurs, l'hôte est très sensible au fait de ne pas fumer dans le logement, ce qui est tout à fait normal, mais également autour de la maison, ce qui est plus contraignant. Katherine et son équipe méritent largement leur statut de super hôte.
