Kim's Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful place to stay. We felt right at home immediately. The room was so comfortable and cozy. Each morning breakfast was delicious. The house is close to downtown and easily walkable but in a nice quiet area. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Iowa City!

Kim and Robyn were attentive and welcoming hosts. Their historic home is immaculate and well cared for, we enjoyed the cozy spaces for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening respite. We thoroughly enjoyed two delicious breakfasts and the company of the other guests. The Phillips House is a true Iowa City gem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely historical home. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Lovely views from the library room. Kim is an excellent chef and our breakfasts were restaurant worthy. We would definitely stay here again next time our travels take us to Iowa City. Kim and Robin were wonderful hosts.

Robyn and Kim were great hosts during our weekend stay at their bed and breakfast. The breakfast both days was delicious and it was a great experience interacting with the other guests. Robyn even invited our son to breakfast when she found out we were in Iowa City to visit him.
