We really enjoyed the townhouse and all the imenities. We used the pool, playground, pickleball courts, grills and walked the community sidewalks daily. The drivers were ALL so polite and EVERYTIME we approached a crosswalk they stopped. Very impressive!!! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

The place was very nice and close to local grocery stores and places to eat. Everything was well maintained and clean. We would have liked to have local channels on the television so that we could see some of the playoff football games, but we managed without it by going to a local pub to watch the games.

Great stay in Tice. It seemed like we were the first people to ever stay in the townhome given how clean and well kept the townhome was. Given the other reviews we were clearly not the first to stay there, however. Mia was great to work with before and during our stay. Just the right amount of communication. The clubhouse was great and the pool/gym were great during a hot week. Would come stay here next time we are down this way.

townhouse was as described, new, very clean, very nice well-kept community. Not many restaurants and bars nearby, have to go in downtown Ft Myers. Beaches are about 45-60 minutes away. We were looking at properties in the area, so the location was good for our needs and the house was very nice.

This was in a great location. The Condo is so nice and clean. It had all the amenities of home. Nice quite neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely look to rent this home again for future trips.
