This started badly as I was told the original property I had booked was unavailable. I booked this for a colleague and unfortunately the pictures on the booking page were clearly from when it was first refurbished. Stains on sofa and walls in several rooms. Noisy neighbours. Back garden a mess! When I contacted the host after check in to report the bad feedback from my colleague I was ignored.
