Vivian was a pleasure to communicate with! She was highly communicative and proactive, providing instructions before arrival. The house was extremely clean, quaint, and had such a fun layout! You have everything you need and then some!

Loved our stay! House was small but well equipped and we especially loved the lower level. Yard is fenced and was great for our dog.

A few things to note: construction of another home right next door, semi-steep driveway (if your car has low clearance), and "interesting" homes/apartments right across the street. Pet-friendly with the enclosed backyard. We were booked for 2 nights, but only stayed 1 night over Easter weekend - our own fault since Easter dinner lasted longer than expected and we were traveling from Austin. Amenities are provided: towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, kitchen appliances, etc. There's even a washer/dryer combo, if needed. Parking is right underneath the home. The outdoor shower downstairs is helpful after a trip to the beach. I do not recommend walking to the Seawall. Great outdoor seating in the front and back of the home. Overall, a good place to stay and plenty of restaurants to drive to. Thank you for hosting us!
