We had a phenomenal stay. The house was incredibly clean. It has modern amenities like smart TVs and speedy wifi. They provided a very cute a thoughtful welcome basket and note. Extras like dog bowls, poop bags, and treats were lovely. While we didn’t need them, they provided toothbrushes and other toiletries in the event you forgot something. The hot tub was heated for our arrival and the AC was running. I don’t have a single negative comment. David was very responsive and we appreciated his easy instructions and all the thoughtful touches to the home and our experience.

David and Heidi are such thoughtful hosts. We were greeted with a welcome basket filled with snacks, drinks and a note wishing us a wonderful stay. I asked for an extra fan and it was there in an hour. They truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with spices, a coffee bar, and every tool we needed to cook. The bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries in case we forgot to pack something. There’s even aloe for sunburns. As a mom traveling with a small toddler, I was very appreciative of the fenced yard, the beach wagon and sand toys, the highchair and child dishes, pack n play, and safety gate for the stairs. After busy days sight-seeing and at the beach, the home felt like a quiet, peaceful haven to come back to. Everything was so clean and perfectly decorated, the couches and beds were comfortable, the backyard space was private with a very chill ambience. We enjoyed our stay so much. It could not have been more perfect!

We LOVE this house! We walk 2 blocks to the beach, it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the house feels like our very own beach house. They also make our pets feel really welcome too, and that’s hard to find. David and Heidi are so quick to respond, and you can tell they really enjoy hosting. Thank you!!!

It was really nice check in was easy. The only thing is that the hot tub never heat up the next day after using it. He did let me no that I had to cover it and turn it on I did but never heated up

Our goal was to relax this trip; thanks to this fun home we got to do just that. This rental exceeded our expectations. Convenient parking, beautiful & clean home, and fun decor! We weren’t there long, but we managed to play some card games, enjoyed the hot tub, then watched a movie and played some Pac-Man. David and Heidi went the extra mile by providing convenient phone chargers plugged in by some bedsides, snacks upon arrival, makeup remover towelettes in the restrooms, and a small tooth paste which came in handy when I couldn’t find mine. 😅 😱 They also had wonderful communication. Great hosts, definitely recommend! ☺️🌴
