Staying on the grounds of a working winery was pretty unique, and we definitely took advantage of the wine tasting, which was right next door. The house was clean, spacious enough for the five of us, and very quiet outside of the tasting room hours (12:00-5:00). The back porch looks over Soquel Creek and was a nice place to drink coffee in the morning and have food and wine in the evening. We were a five minute drive from the Capitola beaches and a five minute walk to restaurants along Soquel Drive. Kristina is easy to work with and was very responsive when we had questions. I will definitely consider this house when I'm back in the area.

Lovely quiet location next to a winery. Very comfortable accommodations with nice back patio. Capitola Beach is a walkable distance (around a mile) but you are away from the hustle and bustle of that area. Lots of space for kids and family. Clean. Comfortable bed.

Overall, we were happy with the property. However there were a number of items that I thought were worth pointing out: 1) The listing said it had Air conditioning. This is incorrect. No A/C, not fans, nothing to help cool the house except opening all doors and windows. 2) Cleanliness-it appeared clean on the surface but the fridge had an awful mildew smell that spread through the whole place and there were large (very old) cobwebs, the clothes washer was moldy, etc. A thorough cleaning is needed. 3) I should have asked, I guess, but all the pictures made the property appear to have no stairs inside (perfect for my disabled 16 year old son) but there were steps (just 2-3) to the bathrooms and living room that made it difficult for a disabled person.

Kristina’s place was perfect for our family. We specially enjoyed the patio and the property is next to a winery tasting room which was definitely a plus. Will be back! Thanks
