This is a great little house! Just a block from the park, it was perfect for our family. We could let our kids just run out and play. The house was spotless, it had everything we needed, and Ashley was a great communicator. It was a perfect home base for our visit to Ann Arbor.

The location of this house in Ann Arbor is very good, walkable to town and some parks. Parking is great. The house is very comfortable and clean and Ashley is very good at communicating and being responsive to questions. This was our second time staying here and would do so again!

We visited for a short trip and had a great stay. All communication was super prompt and clear on instructions. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for hanging out while not exploring Ann Arbor!
